Born in Barcelona in 1963.
Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Since 1987, he has been director of the La Mallorquina chain of shops, a family business founded by his father in 1947.
President of Barcelona Oberta, the union of Barcelona's tourist commercial axes.
He was president of Comertia, the Catalan Association of Family Retail Businesses.
