Victòria Alsina

Born in Barcelona in 1983.
PhD in Political and Social Sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, with advanced studies in public management and innovation at ESADE, UAB, MIT, and NYU.
She served as Minister of Foreign Action and Open Government of the Government of Catalonia (2021–2022).
She was a Professor and Academic Director of the Center for Urban Science & Progress at New York University and a Senior Fellow at The Governance Lab.
She was a Researcher at the Harvard Kennedy School.
She served as Delegate of the Government of Catalonia to the United States and Canada.
