Head of coordination and development of language technologies and AI at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC).
He is one of the 100 experts of the COTEC Foundation for innovation, and a member of the Future Open Council of the Digital Future Society.
He was the leader of Ouishare in Barcelona, a European think tank for the platform economy.
He was an external consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank.
